Meditation in times of Social Distancing
Every Thursday
from 8 - 9pm
Ever since the beginning of February 2020, when HK people were aware of the contagiousness of the coronavirus, we decided to move meditation online.
Every Thursday at 8 pm, we host a meditation meeting in Cantonese. All meditation groups and friends are invited to join. The hour-long meeting will feature a WCCM Weekly Teachings on meditation, a period of meditation, and the daily Gospel. There will be an opportunity for participants to share. This way, we can still maintain a sense of community, and can meditate from the safety of our homes, via the computer or mobile. It is easy to join. Just click this link.

A talk on “Worship”
30th May 2021
On 30 May, the Hong Kong Central Council of Catholic Laity organized a talk on “Worship” as part of their Parish Renewal campaign. Speaker Brother William Ng OFM introduced Christian meditation as a form of worship. WCCM(HK)’s Celina Chan traced the history of Christian meditation while Vivian Lee spoke of the bringing vitality to the parish through meditation groups. Together with three other members, the five demonstrated Christian meditation for 15 minutes.
Step for Love
6th April 2021
WCCM (HK)‘s Cathedral B group won a trophy for raising the most money (group category) in the “Step for Love” Charity Walk organized by Caritas during its recent campaign. The meditators were out in force on 6 April, 2021 walking the Bowen Road Fitness Trail in 2.5 hours. They were accompanied by Father Joseph Yim, the group's Spiritual Director and Chairman of Caritas
Hong Kong.
The money raised is for the ongoing activities that Caritas provide for thousands of families and individuals in need.

A little contribution to resolve the conflict in Hong Kong in the spirit of peace and justice,
we will have a special online meditation with WCCM Hong Kong and Bonnevaux Community members. Fr Laurence will led the meditation. This will be on the day when we commemorate John Main and his enduring contribution to the way of Peace.
